Booking a group trip usually starts with one question: what does this price actually cover? It's a fair thing to ask, because "group trips" can mean very different things depending on the company. Some quote you a number and then hit you with extra charges once you land. Others build almost everything into the price upfront.
Here's exactly what goes into the cost of a trip with us, what doesn't, and what our actual trips cost right now.
What's Built Into The Price
Every trip includes your airport transfers, so you're never left figuring out how to get from the airport to the hotel on your own. All ground transportation for scheduled activities is covered too, along with a local, English-speaking guide who actually knows the destination. Your hotel accommodation is included, in shared rooms by default, with a limited number of single rooms available if you'd rather have your own space.
Daily breakfast is included on every trip, along with a mix of lunches and dinners depending on the specific itinerary, since that varies trip to trip. What stays consistent is the Welcome and Farewell Dinner on every single trip, and dietary needs are considered ahead of time so nobody's scrambling to find something they can eat. Each itinerary also includes a full set of planned activities and day trips, worked into the schedule day by day rather than left for you to organize.
What You'll Need To Budget Separately
International flights are not included on any trip, so you'll need to book your own way to and from the start and end point. Travel insurance also isn't included, but it is required, and we recommend World Nomads or another provider that covers both trip cancellation and medical coverage abroad. Visas and any required vaccinations are on you too, so it's worth checking entry requirements for your destination before you book.
Beyond that, a small number of optional activities are available to book separately if you want to add more to your itinerary, along with things like tips, gratuity, early check-in, late checkout, and any airport transfers outside the dates already scheduled. None of these are hidden. They're just not part of the base price, the same way they aren't with most group trip companies.
Real Trip Costs, Real Examples
Seoul Searching: The Girls Trip Edition runs October 4 to 10, 2026, and is priced at $3,296 per person. Morocco in Reflection runs November 7 to 15, 2026, and comes in at $2,460 per person. Both prices include everything listed above: accommodation, ground transport, guide, breakfasts, a mix of other meals depending on the itinerary, the Welcome and Farewell Dinner, and a full slate of planned activities. Neither includes flights, insurance, or visas, which you'll budget for on top of the trip price itself.
Payments, Refunds, and Booking Rules
You don't have to pay the full trip cost upfront. We ask for a 25 percent deposit to hold your spot, with the remaining balance due 60 days before departure. Because each trip only offers 22 spots and we confirm bookings well in advance, deposits are non-refundable once paid, and full trip payments are non-refundable and non-transferable as well. This is a big part of why travel insurance is required rather than optional. If something comes up and you need to cancel for a covered reason, that's what your insurance is there for.
One thing worth knowing before you book: once your deposit is down on a specific tour date, you can't switch to a different date unless the trip itself is postponed or cancelled by us. If that happens, you'd receive a full refund.
