The Travel Tribe Co. is a community of women who believe travel should be safe, soulful, and shared. We're growing and we're looking for passionate, self-starting women who want to turn their love of travel into a purpose-driven career (or side hustle).

Open Roles

  • Create authentic, scroll-stopping content that captures the Tribe experience — think Reels, TikToks, and photo content from real trips and real moments. You don't need a huge following; you need a great eye and a knack for storytelling that feels real, not staged.

    You'll need:

    • Experience creating UGC-style content (phone-shot is welcome)

    • An understanding of what performs on Instagram/TikTok

    • Comfort being both behind and in front of the camera

    • Bonus: past travel or lifestyle content in your portfolio

  • Capture the moments that make our trips unforgettable — the golden-hour group shots, the candid laughter, the details that make each destination feel alive. Your images become the story we tell long after the trip ends.

    You'll need:

    • A portfolio demonstrating travel, lifestyle, or event photography

    • Your own gear and the ability to travel with the group

    • An eye for candid, editorial, and group photography alike

    • Quick turnaround on edited galleries post-trip

  • Lead our women-only group trips on the ground — from Bali to Pakistan to Dubai. You'll be the heartbeat of the tour: managing logistics, building sisterhood among guests, and making sure every trip feels like a movement, not just a vacation.

    You'll need:

    • A love for travel and people, in equal measure

    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

    • Comfort leading groups of 15–22 women

    • Flexibility to travel for extended periods

  • Help women plan the trip of a lifetime. You'll consult with clients one-on-one, curate itineraries, and guide them through booking all while representing the Tribe's values of faith-conscious, empowering travel.

    You'll need:

    • Excellent communication skills

    • A self-starter mentality (most of our team works remotely/flexibly)

    • Genuine enthusiasm for travel planning and client care
