The Travel Tribe Co.

Ambassador Program — Terms & Conditions

← Back to Work With Us

These terms apply to participation in the Ambassador Program and work together with any campaign-specific written agreement issued by The Travel Tribe Co.

1. Independent Relationship

Participation does not create an employer-employee, franchise, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. The participant may not bind The Travel Tribe Co. or make commitments on its behalf without written authorization.

2. Accurate Representation

Only approved pricing, inclusions, exclusions, dates, accommodations, policies, dietary information, and promotional claims may be shared. No refunds, discounts, upgrades, itinerary changes, or special benefits may be promised unless approved in writing.

3. Bookings & Payments

Traveler bookings and payments must be processed through the booking method authorized by The Travel Tribe Co. The participant may not collect traveler payments for Travel Tribe trips unless expressly authorized in writing.

4. Brand Use

The Travel Tribe Co. name, logos, trip materials, itineraries, graphics, and other brand assets may be used only for approved program activity. Permission ends when the relationship ends or is withdrawn.

5. Confidentiality

Supplier identities, supplier rates, internal pricing, margins, traveler information, unreleased itineraries, business plans, and internal procedures are confidential and may not be disclosed or used outside the partnership without authorization.

6. Professional Conduct

Participants must interact respectfully with travelers, suppliers, staff, local communities, and other hosts. Harassment, fraud, material misrepresentation, abusive behavior, unsafe conduct, or conduct likely to cause serious reputational harm may result in termination.

7. Program Changes

The Travel Tribe Co. may update general program criteria, benefits, processes, or policies prospectively. A signed trip-specific agreement will not be changed retroactively except by mutual written agreement or as required by law.

8. Referral Attribution

A referral is eligible only when it can be reasonably attributed through the approved tracking method and the associated booking remains valid. Refunded, disputed, fraudulent, reversed, or unpaid bookings may be excluded from compensation.

9. Compensation Timing

Any referral compensation is paid according to the written campaign terms and may be held until qualifying traveler payments are received and applicable refund or dispute periods have been accounted for.

10. No Authority to Act for Travel Tribe

Ambassadors may not negotiate on behalf of The Travel Tribe Co., issue refunds, change trip terms, make supplier arrangements, or present themselves as employees or authorized agents.

11. Termination

Either party may end the ambassador relationship. The Travel Tribe Co. may immediately suspend participation for material policy violations, misrepresentation, unauthorized payment collection, confidentiality breaches, fraud, or serious misconduct.
