Our Policy

The Travel Tribe Co's group travel service policy states that the service is intended for individuals who are 18 years or older or have a parent/legal guardian with them on the trip. All bookings must be made through the company's website or authorized channels and a deposit may be required to secure the booking, with the balance due at least the amount is to be paid in full at least 90 days before the start of the trip. Passport and visa requirements are the responsibility of the traveler, and they must ensure they are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure. The traveler is also responsible for being aware of and meeting any health requirements and recommendations, and for purchasing travel insurance. The company is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the traveler's failure to meet these requirements. In case of any changes or cancellation company reserves the right to apply fees or cancel the booking and any extra costs incurred by weather-related or other events will be mutually agreed upon. The company staff has the discretion to make decisions and may withdraw a participant from the trip if their behavior is likely to cause danger, upset, or distress, or if they break any laws. The company is not liable for any assistance or compensation in the event of a delay or cancellation at the departure point, and any such issues should be pursued with the airline or transport operator. In the event of any damage or loss caused by the participant, the participant should take responsibility for the costs and indemnify the company for any loss or expense incurred as a result of their actions. Any complaints should be reported to the company at the earliest opportunity during the trip and in the event not solved during the trip, should be reported to the company in writing within 14 days of completion of the trip.

Refund Policy: 

More than 90 days before the start of the trip: 90% refund of total cost of trip
60 days before the start of the trip: refund of 50% of the total cost of trip
Less than 60 days before the start of the trip: no refund

*Cancellation of bookings by you must be notified to us by letter or email by the party leader as soon as possible. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received in writing by us.
Period before departure within which written notification of cancellation is received by us: 60 days or more
